CENTRE WELLINGTON – A Kitchener driver is charged following a collision.
On February 25, 2026, at approximately 3:45 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), alongside local fire and paramedic services, responded to the report of a three-vehicle collision at the intersection of Wellington Road 17 and Arthur Street North within Centre Wellington Township.
One individual was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.
As a result of the investigation, a 20-year-old from Kitchener, is charged under the Highway Traffic Act with:
- Careless driving
- Drive motor vehicle – no licence
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Provincial Offences Court in Guelph at a later date.
