CENTRE WELLINGTON – Police are requesting the public’s assistance regarding a recent break and enter in Elora.
On February 28, 2026, at approximately 7:45 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a break and enter at a residence on Station Square Street in Elora.
It was revealed that the victims left their residence at approximately 3:50 p.m. and returned at 7:40 p.m., at which time they discovered their home had been broken into and a bedroom had been ransacked. The unidentified suspect(s) stole property valued at approximately $75.00.
The Wellington County OPP is investigating this incident and is looking to identify any suspects or vehicles involved.
