DUFFERIN COUNTY – A fire near Grand Valley has been deemed non-suspicious.
On Monday morning at around 7:46 am, Dufferin OPP, alongside the Grand Valley & District Fire Department and other emergency crews, responded to a structure fire located on County Road 109 in the Township of East Luther.
Upon investigation, police say the fire was determined to be non-suspicious.

In a post to social media, Fratelli & Co., a local, family-owned Cannabis house, confirmed that its Grand Valley store was lost in the fire.
“We are deeply thankful to the Grand Valley, Orangeville, and Shelburne fire departments for their fast response and for working tirelessly to put out the fire. Most of all, thank you to our amazing customers and community for the overwhelming love and support. Your kindness during this difficult time means everything to us. While this is a tough moment, we are staying hopeful and grateful, and we will keep you updated on what comes next,” the business said in the social media post.
