CENTRE WELLINGTON – Here’s a sign spring is truly on the way; the Township of Centre Wellington has officially closed outdoor rinks and toboggan hills for the season, meaning the Township will discontinue inspecting these sites, and closed signs will be posted.
In a post to social media, the township thanks the many volunteers who kept the outdoor rinks in good condition and residents for abiding by the posted safety signage and infrastructure on the toboggan hills.
Over the next few weeks, staff will be removing equipment, fencing, signs, haybales, and other safety infrastructure.
