TORONTO – Harvey Hutchison of Arthur can “find his possible” after winning $100,000 in the LOTTO 6/49 Super Draw on Dec. 24, 2025. The LOTTO 6/49 Super Draw included 15 Guaranteed Prize Draws of $100,000, in addition to the Gold Ball Draw and Classic Draw.
Hutchison, a 70-year-old retiree, is a regular lottery player with OLG. “I play LOTTO 6/49 almost every week,” he shared while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to collect his winnings.
Hutchison said he checked his ticket at the store and discovered his major win. “I think the store clerk was even more excited than I was!” he recalled with a chuckle.
The father of three and grandfather of three told his family the incredible news, and they were thrilled for him. “This win is great for us,” he said, beaming.
With his windfall, Harvey plans to invest in his grandkids’ education.
LOTTO 6/49 offers players a chance to win two multi-million dollar jackpots every Wednesday and Saturday, for the same $3 per play.
The Classic Draw offers a fixed $5 million jackpot for every draw, while the Gold Ball Draw guarantees a $1 million prize, or the growing jackpot that starts at $10 million and can exceed $60 million.
