NEWS RELEASE WELLINGTON COUNTY OPP
(GUELPH, ON) – An individual has been charged after committing an indecent act in Guelph.
On March 29, 2026, at approximately 9:15 p.m., A member of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was conducting proactive patrol when they observed an individual committing an indecent act outside of a business on Wellington Street East in Guelph.
As a result of the investigation, a 29-year-old with no fixed address, is charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Indecent act – public place
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on June 19, 2026.
