WELLINGTON NORTH – Police are investigating a break and enter at a residence in Mount Forest.
On April 19, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a break and enter at a vacant residence on Birmingham Street West in Mount Forest that occurred sometime between April 17 and April 19, 2026. It was reported that an unknown suspect entered the building and took various wires and copper pipes from panels and walls within the building.
