CENTRE WELLINGTON – The Township of Centre Wellington is inviting residents and visitors to celebrate Canada Day with a full schedule of family-friendly activities taking place throughout Elora and Fergus on Wednesday, July 1.

The Community Resource Centre’s popular Duck Race returns at 1:30 p.m. at Bissell Park, giving families another opportunity to enjoy one of the community’s favourite Canada Day traditions.
The celebration continues in Fergus during the evening with live entertainment, cultural performances, food vendors and family activities at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex from 7 until 9:30 p.m., once again hosted by Rotary Volunteers in Action.
The day wraps up with a fireworks display beginning at 9:30 p.m., presented by the Township of Centre Wellington.
