CENTRE WELLINGTON – Residents will have an opportunity to learn more about a proposed disc golf course at Drimmie Park in Elora during a community drop-in event next week.
The Township of Centre Wellington is inviting the public to attend the event on Monday, July 6, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Drimmie Park.
As part of the drop-in event, a mock-up of the proposed course layout will be set up throughout the park, giving residents the chance to walk the route and see how the course could fit within the existing park space.
Township staff will also be on hand to answer questions and gather feedback from community members.
The drop-in format allows residents to attend at any time during the two-hour event to learn more about the proposed recreational addition and share their thoughts before any final decisions are made.
