WELLINGTON NORTH – Police are asking for the public’s help identifying three people of interest following a shoplifting incident in Mount Forest.
Wellington County OPP were called to the Shoppers Drug Mart on Main Street North around 8 pm Monday night for a reported theft in progress.
Police say three people entered the store and stole several hundred dollars’ worth of merchandise before leaving the area, before officers arrived.
Investigators are now trying to identify the three individuals, as well as the vehicle involved.
The suspects are described as:
Suspect 1 is described as:
- White
- Male
- Wearing a blue long-sleeve polo, jeans, a gray baseball cap, dark shoes, and glasses
Suspect 2 is described as:
- White
- Female
- Red/brown long hair
- Wearing a dark coloured 3/4 zip sweatshirt, black pants, black and white running shoes
Suspect 3 is described as:
- White
- Male
- Wearing a white NIKE T-shirt, black joggers, black and white running shoes, white baseball cap.
- Carrying a black tote bag.
Police say the vehicle was a 2009 to 2015 Cadillac CTS sedan with Ontario licence plate CWXN554.
