GUELPH/ERAMOSA – An individual has been charged following a disturbance at two residences in Guelph-Eramosa Township.
Wellington County OPP says officers were called to Wellington Road 86 around 9 p.m. on September 18th, after receiving a report of an unknown suspicious person causing a disturbance at two homes.
Police located the individual in the area a short time later.
As a result of the investigation, a 33-year-old from Grand Bend was charged with two counts of trespassing at night and assault with a weapon under the Criminal Code.
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on December 8th.
The charges have not been proven in court.
