PUSLINCH – Wellington Road 32 in Puslinch Township has reopened following a several-day police investigation into the death of a person found inside a vehicle.
Wellington County OPP responded around 7:30 Monday morning to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Wellington Road 32, between Forestell Road and Concession Road 4. Officers arrived and found one person deceased inside the vehicle.
Police say the incident appears to be isolated, with no indication of a broader threat to the community.
The OPP Crime Unit continues to investigate with the Criminal Investigation Branch, the Office of the Chief Coroner and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
Police are asking anyone who was in the area between 9 p.m. Sunday and 7:30 Monday morning to check surveillance or dashcam footage for any suspicious vehicles or activity.
