WELLINGTON NORTH – An Arthur resident has been charged following an altercation between neighbours.
Members of the Wellington County OPP responded to a report of a neighbour dispute at an address in Arthur at around 10 p.m. on September 30.
Police say their investigation determined a physical altercation occurred involving the accused and two victims.
Both victims sustained minor injuries.
A 38-year-old Arthur resident has been charged under the Criminal Code with two counts of assault.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on January 8, 2027.
The name of the accused is being withheld to protect the identity of the victims.
