MINTO – A section of Wellington Road 6 in the Town of Minto will be closed for about five weeks starting Monday, October 19th.
The County of Wellington says the road will be closed between 10th Line and 12th Line while emergency repairs are carried out on the Wellington County Townline Bridge.
The bridge was recently damaged, prompting the emergency work.
The closure will apply to all through traffic, including emergency vehicles. A signed detour route will be in place.
Drivers are being asked to plan their routes ahead of time and allow for extra travel time while the work is underway.
