Dearest Riverfriends,
As the year has rolled on and we have gotten closer and closer to the summer, we have come to the heartbreaking conclusion that we will have to postpone the twelfth instalment of Riverfest Elora once again. Set to take place in Bissell Park, Elora on August 20-22, 2021, it will now take place the following year on August 19, 20, 21, 2022.
The health and well-being of our fans, artists, staff, partners and the community continues to be our highest priority and unfortunately, it is not looking like large-scale events such as ours will be possible in 2021.
We are however working on other plans for the next year. You will be hearing from us soon about some of these ideas. Things are in the works! Live music will return! Friends will be friended! Memories will be made!
Plans for Riverfest Elora 2022 are also underway! We are working with artists, agents and management to invite what we know will be our biggest lineup to date.

We are extremely grateful to all of you #Riverfriends who have already bought your tickets for the next Riverfest!
These early sales, before we’ve even announced a single band, are what help us keep the lights on throughout the year and help immensely in allowing us to create truly
memorable experiences for all of you!
With this in mind, we will be honouring any tickets already purchased for the 2020 or 2021 edition of the festival in 2022!! We hope that this will allow you the flexibility to hang on to your tickets, locked in at the 2020 price and help us out along the way.
No action is required to keep your tickets for Riverfest Elora 2022!
In the instance where you require a refund, please follow these instructions:
- Visit this site and click on “Manage Order” in the top navigation bar
- In the next window, enter your order number, email address and phone number.
- To request a refund, click on the “Request Refund” button.
Please note anyone in need of a refund must submit their request by May 31, 2021 at midnight. After the deadline, all ticket types will be automatically transferred to Riverfest Elora 2022. Refunds can only be issued to the original ticket buyer. Please allow until July 1, 2021 to receive a refund.
Requested a refund and changed your mind? Log back into your account and press “Cancel Request” before May 31, 2021. If the original card used for purchase has expired or been updated, the refund should still be processed through the account used to purchase. No additional action is needed by the original purchaser.
Again, we are incredibly thankful to our community of festival goers and can not express in words how appreciative we are of all of you, who have stuck by us over the years and throughthis pandemic to help us continue to grow our little festival into the incredible, wonderful and beautiful celebration that it has become.
