The Elora Rocks are excited to welcome back fans for their home opener tonight!
They will take on Stratford at 8:30 p.m. at the Elora Community Center after winning their first two games of the season on the road.
Club President Rich Wigmore says they are excited to have fans back in the stands to watch a great local hockey game.
Wigmore says the pandemic forced the team to abruptly end their season in the middle of their playoff series but he says they used the time to focus on club and league changes.
He says volunteers have stepped up to increase social media presence and give fans a more interactive experience but the league also chose a new path to success.
The organization says fans can expect not only a great hockey game but also music, draws, booster club events, and more.
Tickets are available at the door and are $10 for adults and $5 for kids.
