The Fergus Lions Club’s modified toy drive is winding down.
Spokesperson Kelly Waterhouse says for a second year in a row, toys are not being collected due to COVID-19 and instead they are asking for donations of gift cards.
She say Reliable Ford has put up a tree with a box underneath for gift card drop-off or cash donations can be handed in to the front desk.
Tomorrow is the last day to contribute to the event.
Waterhouse says the early cut off date allows the food bank to put the cards in their Christmas Hampers and ensures families have enough time to use them before Christmas morning.
Donations can be dropped off at Reliable Ford.
