The Liberals in Perth-Wellington have nominated Ashley Fox as their candidate for the next provincial election.
Fox currently serves as a Nurse Case Manager and Community Outreach Coordinator, and teaches continuing education at Conestoga College.
She also served as a two-term board member and two-term Vice President, RPN at the College of Nurses, and she is also a Nursing Advisor with the Canadian PSW Network.
Earlier this year, the Conservatives confirmed Matthew Rae from Mitchell as their candidate for the riding, and the NDP acclaimed Stratford city councillor Jo-Dee Burbach.
The riding includes Wellington County townships of Mapleton, Minto and Wellington North as well as Perth County.
Conservative MPP Randy Pettapiece currently serves the riding and has held the seat since 2011, but he announced in November he would not be seeking reelection this year.
