The Township of Centre Wellington has renewed the lease agreement between Suncor Energy Products Partnership and the Township for the greenspace in downtown Elora.
The land located at 25 West Mill Street is a popular spot for residents and those visiting the area and is known for the Tall Man statue in the center.
The previous lease agreement was set to end at the end of the year.
The new lease agreement will last another 10 years ending December 31, 2032.
Council unanimously passed the motion.
