NEWS RELEASE WELLINGTON COUNTY OPP
(FERGUS, ON) –Â Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking for the public’s assistance with identifying a person of interest involved in a theft from a local store.
On August 4, 2022, the Wellington County OPP received a report of a theft from a business on Tower Street South, Fergus that had occurred on July 29, 2022. The person of interest was seen placing several items in a backpack and left without paying for the items.
A photograph of the person of interest is attached, and the Wellington County OPP is asking for anyone who recognizes the person to contact the OPP.
