ELORA – The doors will soon open again to a cinema that has been screening movies in Elora since 1974.
After a three year hiatus, the Gorge Cinema in Elora will reopen today with a new-and-improved look.
The cinema announced on Facebook it will make its return to screening movies following renovations.
While COVID contributed to the shutdown, the cinema also underwent several difficult ownership changes.
Brand new carpet and several other upgrades will greet patrons who attend the screening of The Miracle Club at 7 p.m. Friday.
