A gas leak in Minto has caused road closures, caused minor injuries, and emergency services are on the scene.
Per a statement to The Grand at 101 from Wellington North Fire, at 12:17pm, a dump truck on the 12th line of Minto rolled into the ditch hitting a gas meter which then caused a gas leak.
Firefighters were able to get the driver of the dump truck free from the vehicle.
The driver was then sent to Louise Marshall Hospital with minor injuries.
Minto Fire Department will remain on scene until they are released by Enbridge Gas.
The road is closed between O’Dwyers Lane and Wellington Road 6. Wellington North and Minto Fire both attended the incident.
