ERIN – A proposed housing development in Erin is seeking final approval today at council.
The project would be located between Dundas Street East and County Road 124.
According to a report, the timeline presented would see construction begin next year and wrap up late in 2025.
The report states the units would be a mix of detached, semi-detached, and townhouse dwellings.
Housing would include 690 detached, 262 semi-detached, and 443 townhouse dwellings, along with the potential for 130 affordable housing apartment units and seniors’ accommodations.
The Erin meeting goes at 3:00 p.m. today.
