ELORA – On Tuesday, Tyler Smith, a survivor of the Humboldt Broncos 2018 bus crash will be at the GrandWay Events Centre to “challenge misconceptions about mental health.”
According to the event website, Tyler’s courageous journey is not just about physical recovery, but how he needed to challenge his misconceptions about trauma to fully heal.
Smith hopes to use his own experience to further mental health recognition and healing after trauma.
The free event will begin at 6:30 p.m.
All ages are welcome for the night being run by Here 4 Hope in conjunction with several partners, including the County of Wellington and Wellington County OPP.
