PALMERSTON – With an asking price of $90,000, a one-acre parcel equipped with an approved culvert and installed entrance could be sold at a Minto council meeting today.
The property, reccommended to be sold to J&P brothers Ltd., is recommended for use as an industrial plaza with units measuring between 1,000-2,000 square feet.
Four units are potentially already leased and J&P Brothers Ltd. would be leasing two of those units to continue operating their business which provides professional renovations and maintenace services to Wellington County and Guelph Non Profit Housing.
J&P Brothers Ltd. currently employs 16 people in the various trades. The number of jobs on this property will increase as more businesses lease the space.
