FERGUS – Groves Hospital & Foundation received another generous donation today from an ambitious youngster.
Brooklyn made a $250 donation to the Obstetrics Unit at Groves on her third birthday, about a year ago.
Her mother’s oldest daughter, Logan, was stillborn in August of 2018.
Mom, Dannielle shared via the Groves Facebook page Brooklyn collects money and donates it to various organizations in her big sister’s memory.
Dannielle says Brooklyn got to throw out the ‘first pitch’ and feel the support of the community at a recent baseball tournament that raised the funds for this new $1,000 donation.
