The County of Wellington has received a consent application for a property in Rockwood.
A vacant lot located at 123 Gzowski Street would be severed as a part of a development that would include residential uses and be over 400 square metres in size.
The subject lands are located within a heritage area but not on one of the township’s heritage properties.
Staff conclude the development meets all the necessary criteria.
It will need council approval at a Guelph/Eramosa meeting that will begin at 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
