NEWS RELEASE ELORA FERGUS ARTS COUNCIL
The Elora Fergus Arts Council invites you to come view the new show of works at the Centre Wellington Sportsplex by CWDHS High School Student. The art teachers and students at Centre Wellington District High School present the latest works from the school at the CW Sportsplex in Boardroom A. Students, friends and family will join us Thursday, May 2 to celebrate the show. All are welcome.
Art teachers Jennifer Main and Bobbi Bentham-Reynolds set the theme of ‘Challenge’ and art students from Grade 9 thru Grade 12 used that as their inspiration. Each piece is unique based on how the student chose to interpret the theme.
The ‘Brush Off’ – As part of the opening, x students from the high school will engage in a fun speed painting event in the main hall at the Sportsplex. Check out the skill and speed with which each artist
The show was arranged by the Elora Fergus Arts Council – Art in Public Places Program Committee.
This location is fully accessible and there is plenty of parking.
