MOUNT FOREST – No injuries were reported following a truck fire in Mount Forest on Wednesday.
In an email to The Grand at 101, Wellington North Deputy Fire Chief Callise Loos says crews received the call at around to a vehicle fire at the intersection of Hwy 6 and Sligo Road in Mount Forest.
“Upon arrival, the vehicle was determined to be a natural gas recycling truck that was on fire; however the truck was empty having just dumped it’s load,” Loos said.
Loos says the driver was out of the vehicle on arrival and there was no injuries.
