CENTRE WELLINGTON – Plans are underway for both local Santa Claus Parades.
The Elora Lions Club has announced its famous nighttime parade will be on November 30th, at 6:15pm.
The parade route starts at Sophia and Geddes Streets, heading through downtown, going down the hill on Metcalfe, turning left onto Mill Street East and ending at Bissell Park.

Meanwhile the Fergus Santa Claus Parade will be on the afternoon of December 7th.
Organizers say the theme this year is “Rockin around the Christmas tree”.
The annual parade is put on by local service clubs and will also collect food items for the Centre Wellington Food Bank and letters to Santa.
