Roads: Tower St S, St Andrew St, St David St, Gartshore St, Scotland St, and Bridge St in Fergus Reason: C.W. Solidarity March for Black Lives Matter

Approximate Time: 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Starting at approximately 12:00 pm, Tower St South from Belsyde Ave to St Andrew St will be closed.
As the march progresses through downtown Fergus, St Andrew St will closed followed by St David St North and South at St Andrew St. As the march moves forward, Gartshore St from Garafraxa St to Union St will be closed. Once the march is past Gartshore St/Scotland St, Union St and a section of St. David Street between St. Andrew St and Highland Rd will be closed.
This is a rolling closure and the streets will be closed at various times. Staff will endeavor to maintain emergency access throughout the march route; however, emergency access may be interrupted at certain times and locations.
