CENTRE WELLINGTON – On May 11, 2025, at approximately 1:00 a.m. Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a motor vehicle on St. Andrew Street East in Fergus.
As a result of the investigation, a 50-years-old woman of Fergus, was charged with:
– Operation While Impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus) contrary to the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, on May 20, 2025.
