Time to show your ‘true colours Centre Wellington!
CENTRE WELLINGTON – Have you ever craved being part of a ‘Home Decorating’ Do it yourself contest? Here is your Chance Centre Wellington.
The Township of Centre Wellington is excited to bring you some home spun fun leading up to and on Canada Day, July 1st. First Step- have your crafty clan enter our first ever “Canada My Home” Decorating Contest. The decorating theme will be in celebration of Canada and our Nation’s heritage. Our panel of judges will do a drive by inspection of all entries on the afternoon of Tuesday June 30th just in time for a July 1st big reveal! Consider colours, design, decorations including unique and unusual items from around your house-re-purpose your canoe perhaps? Think Canadian, think creative, think festive and most of all think fun!
Don’t forget to register on line at connectCW.Ca and fill out the entry form. This gets your business or family’s name registered for some amazing prizes and be part of the self-guided Home Tour for all to enjoy on Wed. July 1st.
Prizes for the resident section of the “Canada My Home” have been graciously donated by the Fergus Elora Rotary Club. By entering, you may win any number of local gift cards from some of our amazing shops,restaurants or pubs. As for the contest winner of the local business category, a promotional media pkg. is available to the lucky business with a $700.00 in value. The package includes a coloured advertising space in the Wellington Advertiser, full page ad in the Grand River Booster and a $200.00 radio buy from 101.1 the Grand.
Contest information and registration forms can be found on-line. Please register before June 26th and your home and/or business will become part of a self-guided drive by home tour on July 1st.
