GUELPH – The Guelph Police Service continues to investigate two related thefts from a south-end business in which almost $2,500 in cosmetics were stolen.
On May 29, staff of a store near Gordon Street and Clair Road reported a man inside the store they believed had been involved in two earlier thefts. Nearly $1,300 in cosmetics were stolen April 15, and another $1,200 were stolen May 4.
No theft occurred May 29 as it is believed the man realized staff were watching him and left the store.
He is described as having tanned skin, 5’10”, 200 pounds with dark hair. Staff saw him getting into a grey Dodge Caravan.
