This collaborative enforcement initiative focused on identifying unsafe vehicles, unfit drivers, and non-compliance with commercial vehicle regulations. While CMVs play a critical role in our economy, they also come with unique safety challenges. The goal of the CMV Safety Blitz is to reduce accidents, protect lives, and keep our highways safe for all drivers. Remember – If you see something unsafe on the road, report it!
The Wellington County OPP reminds all commercial vehicle operators to ensure their vehicles are properly maintained and meet all safety standards. Members of the public who observe unsafe commercial motor vehicles are encouraged to report them by calling the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
