GUELPH – Guelph Police is investigating after more than $13,000 in jewelry was stolen during a residential break-in on Thursday.
At around 4:45pm, police were called to a home near Waverley Drive and Windsor Street.
Police say the homeowner returned home to find a patio door smashed and several areas of the home ransacked.
Jewelry, flatware, and cash were reported missing.
