MEDIA RELEASE CRIME STOPPERS GUELPH WELLINGTON
At approximately 11:15am on Wednesday August 27th 2025, a two motor vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of Wellington Road 51 and Wellington Road 39 in Guelph-Eramosa Township.
A white sedan was travelling northbound on Wellington Road 39 and made an abrupt left-turn into traffic, directly in front of an incoming motorcycle. The rider of the motorcycle tried to make a sudden stop but was ejected from the bike. The motorcyclist sustained serious injuries and was transported to a trauma centre.
The driver of the white sedan kept going and fled the scene heading west on Wellington Road 51 towards Ariss.
