It would also include internal access roads, landscaped open space, and both common and private amenities.
According to the application, the developer is proposing to re-designate the lands from Industrial to Mixed-Use Residential.
The property currently consists of a one-storey brick service industrial building, and is proposed to be demolished for the new development.
The application states that the proposed development will enhance the predominantly residential neighbourhood through landscaped open space and a common amenity area, while commercial units on Victoria Terrace will support local economic activity.
