CENTRE WELLINGTON – Monster Month is in full swing, with many events lined up for the next couple of weeks.
The annual Monster March Parade will return to Downtown Elora on October 18th.
The free, non-motorized event attracts many people in costume, including dance groups, marching bands, community groups, individuals, and families.
Everyone is welcome to dress up in their favourite Halloween costumes and join the parade.
Cathy Daultry with Sensational Elora says the parade will be collecting donations along the route for the Centre Wellington Foodbank.
The marchers will meet at MacDonald Square at 6 pm, and the parade will officially start at 6:30 pm, marching to Bissell Park.

Another event coming up this Saturday is Pumpkin Day at the Wellington County Museum and Archives.
Daultry says the day will be packed with activities and entertainment for kids of all ages.
The event will run from 11 AM to 3 PM, and everyone is invited to bring a non-perishable food item for the Centre Wellington Food Bank.
This free, family-friendly event is packed with activities and entertainment for kids of all ages.
