Blowing snow expected Monday. What: Significantly reduced visibility at times in blowing snow. Westerly winds gusting 60 to 80 km/h. Wind chills between minus 20 and minus 25. When: Monday afternoon through Monday evening. Additional information: Strong westerly winds will develop Monday afternoon, producing blowing snow. Winds will diminish Monday evening, however, snow squalls may move into some areas Monday evening. Travel will likely be hazardous due to near-zero visibility. Consider postponing non-essential travel until conditions improve. If driving, turn on your lights, slow down and maintain a safe following distance.
