WELLINGTON COUNTY – Upper Grand District School Board and Wellington Catholic School Board schools are closed Monday (Jan 19th) in North Wellington due to the inclement weather.
The UGDSB says schools and offices in Division 3 (North Wellington) are closed today to staff and students, including:
- Arthur PS
- Centre Peel PS
- Drayton Heights PS
- Kenilworth PS
- Maryborough PS
- Minto-Clifford PS
- Norwell DSS
- Palmerston PS
- Victoria Cross PS
- Wellington Heights SS
- Youth Options Program (Arthur)
Students are to shift to remote learning, where possible. The UGDSB says staff should not report to work in person, and should shift to remote working where possible.
Schools and offices in Divisions 1, 2, and 4 remain open today.
The Wellington Catholic District School Board says all schools and offices will be closed today, too, in North Wellington (Zone 3), including:
- St. Mary (Mount Forest)
- St. John (Arthur)
Meanwhile, there are some school bus cancellations this morning.
The Wellington-Dufferin Student Transportation Services says all School taxis and buses are Cancelled in Division 2 which Centre Wellington, Erin and Rockwood, and Division 3 in North Wellington and Division 4 in Dufferin County Including Robert F Hall.
Buses are operating today in Division 1 in South Wellington, Guelph and Puslinch.

Zone 1 (Guelph) will be operating today.
