TOWN OF ERINĀ – Police are investigating reoccurring break and enters at a residence in Erin and are appealing to the public for assistance.
On April 28, 2026, at approximately 2:00 a.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a break and enter at a residence on Trafalgar Road south of Brisbane within the Town of Erin.
The investigation determined that sometime between approximately 6:00 p.m. on April 27, 2026, and 2:00 a.m. on April 28, 2026, one or more unidentified individual(s) entered the residence through an unlocked window and stole an assortment of personal property.
At this time, the complaint also reported that another break-in occurred at the same residence on approximately April 17, 2026, where one or more unidentified individual(s) stole jewelry and electronics.
