WELLINGTON COUNTY – The Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Auxiliary Unit is pleased to announce that it will be hosting Auxiliary Constable information sessions throughout Wellington County this summer.
The OPP Auxiliary Unit is a group of dedicated volunteers who work with OPP provincial constables to ensure safety and well-being for the province of Ontario. Volunteering part-time with the OPP Auxiliary Unit is exciting, challenging and a great way to make a difference in your community.
These information sessions will provide participants with the opportunity to gain knowledge, insight and helpful advice relating to the Auxiliary recruitment process. The sessions include an overview of how to apply, prerequisites, expectations of an applicant and an overview of how to prepare for each stage of the process. These sessions will benefit those candidates who want to learn more about the OPP recruitment process to ensure that they are at their competitive best before they apply.
