WELLINGTON NORTH – The Township of Wellington North will see new leadership this fall, as Mayor Andy Lennox has announced he will not seek re-election in October.
Lennox made the announcement during a council meeting on Monday afternoon.
In addition to his role as mayor, Lennox also served as County Warden from 2022 to 2024.
Lennox wished his successor all the best and pledged his support and guidance if requested.
Election day is set for October 26th.
