GUELPH – According to Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) press release, at approximately 11:30 p.m. on July 19 a fatal collision involving six vehicles occurred on Hwy. 6 in Guelph.
Emergency services closed the highway between Stone Road and Kortright Road where a pedestrian, a 38-year-old from Guelph, was found with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The portion of Hwy. 6 was closed for an investigation, but has since reopened.
