GUELPH – Guelph Police are asking potential victims and witnesses to come forward as officers continue investigating a voyeurism and criminal harassment case in the city’s south end.
Police say that between August 2025 and July 2026, a man attended several homes in neighbourhoods where university students are known to live. Investigators believe he entered unfenced backyards, approached residences and looked through basement or ground-floor bedroom windows to observe people in private settings.
On July 31, officers arrested and charged 24-year-old Bryce Sukhdeo with two counts of voyeurism and two counts of criminal harassment.
Because of the length of the investigation and the number of locations involved, police believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
Anyone who believes they may have been targeted, witnessed suspicious activity, or has video footage that could assist investigators is asked to contact the Guelph Police Service.
