GUELPH – A Guelph man was arrested after an indecent act Monday afternoon at a splash pad.
Just after 5 pm, Guelph Police say a man attended the splash pad in front of City Hall, removed his shirt and sat down.
While seated, the man was observed touching himself with his hands inside his pants while looking in the direction of two parents and their young daughter.
The girl’s father confronted the man and forced him to leave the area.
A 51-year-old Guelph man was located by officers nearby and arrested for committing an indecent act in public and two counts of breaching a probation order.
