ELORA – The Centre Wellington Black Committee is getting ready to bring the community together for its fifth annual CW Family Fun Day Festival.
The free event takes place Sunday, September 6th, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Bissell Park in Elora.
The festival will feature live music, family games and activities, local vendors, prizes, and programming for seniors.
Headlining the entertainment lineup is Errol Blackwood and Injahband, with performances scheduled for 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. The event will also feature the CW Rising Stars Talent Competition.
Festival Highlights
- Expanded Seniors Tent: Bingo, Cornhole, Needle & Thread Race, and wellness resources Kidz Zone & Family
- Games: Face painting, bubbles, Egg‑and‑Spoon Race, Three‑Legged Race, and the crowd‑favorite
- Tug of War: Attendees vs Centre Wellington Fire Rescue
- 3rd Annual Domino Tournament
- 250 Children’s Grab Bags courtesy of FreshCo and Giant Tiger – Centre Wellington
