GUELPH – A Guelph man is facing charges after police say he was seen exposing himself near a school.
Guelph Police were called just before 1:15 Wednesday afternoon about a man who was partially nude and possibly touching himself in a park near Eramosa Road and Victoria Road North.
Police say the man left the park with his pants still around his knees, and shortly after, walked past a nearby school.
Officers were shown photos and videos of the man, and later spotted him in the area and made an arrest.
A 32-year-old Guelph man is charged with two counts of committing an indecent act.
He’s scheduled to appear in December.
