GUELPH – Guelph Police is looking to identify a motorcyclist who fled a traffic stop last week.
Shortly before 2 pm Friday, a member of the Guelph Police Service Traffic Unit was patrolling near Kortright Road West and Edinburgh Road South when he observed a blue motorcycle being driven dangerously and speeding.
Police say the officer followed the motorcycle and attempted to pull it over; however, the operator fled and was last seen on College Avenue West towards the Hanlon Expressway.
The motorcycle is believed to be an older-model Suzuki GSX-R.
